Welcome to a brief testimonial about this company!

First, just a little about the driver who is referring you.
My name is Mark Hedtke. I drove for a few companies
over the years, stopped counting after over a million accident free miles.
I have driven with a CLASS A CDL: local, regional and over the road. Whether
In stakebed, box van, reefer, skateboard, or dry box up to 57 foot, I have
driven it. Remember, companys are looking for experienced professionals,
so be sure you tell them what you have to offer, it may influence if there is a
signon bonus based upon experience.
Up to fall of 2006, I had worked for the same company for over six years.
They are currently hiring regionally, and the reason? They are growing
at a phenomial pace, acquiring major contracts throughout the nation.
I never had a problem with my managers, I was paid regularly and
didn't have to worry about if I could cash a check, despite rumors
throughout the years. The accounts I worked at never were dull and
the account I drove for in Florida was a very demanding one which
I personally averaged over 2200 miles a week by choice and brought home a
livable wage that paid the bills. The reason I no longer am driving for
them is that I had over seven eye surgeries since February 2006, that
has left me with less than adequate vision to drive commercially. Because of
that fact, it hasn't been easy to keep endorsing a company, that because of
some internal policy, that they claim states that if an employee doesn't return
to work within six months for whatever reason, the employee is terminated.
So that is what happened to me and if it wasn't for my having taken out the
the highest short term disability amount that was available, my family and I
would have lost our house already. I encourage you to hire on with this
company, however I think it is only right that you know that the company
reteoric in my opinion does not match how you might be discarded as well!
Although, I always have been up for any job challenge and worked hard at
doing my job correctly, you need to know what you may be getting into.
The company I am talking about is Cardinal. I've known a number of drivers
that thought that they might be able to move up into dispatch or management
however you will have to be able to do what ever they tell you and move at a
moments notice if you decide to pursue that path. You have to always be
enthusiastic and never complain. Although you may be told that you can
transfer to other accounts, the accounts you will be able to go to only are those
where they let you. You can be frozen at an account by the account manager,
sent to another part of the country or just to another account in the same area.
So, without further yacking in my part please fill out the form on the next page!
