A CNN study in August 31st 2001 showed employees only were working an average of 35 hours a week, Just before the 9/11 incident, while in March 15 2005 it rose to 45 hours per week. The main issue that many people have relates to the inconsistency throughout America of laws purporting to protect workers rights. You also must realize that the reported hours and the hours actually worked may be significantly different, only because many businesses claim you should be able to do your work in that time or the implied availability of someone if you can't. Protecting employee rights is so far from the truth! There is a lack of protections to many classes of employees with respect to working far in excess of 40 hours, while another class is protected from working in excess of that same number of hours because they fall under interstate commerce. A huge discrepency is with salaried employees being exempt from overtime compensation by the present law. People like truck drivers, sales people and many others are also not protected at all. It is time to keep jobs in America, and if it must be by legislation, then so be it!

Should The United States Government put a Stop to
Illegal Immigration?
"We have decidedly ignored the illegal immigration into these United States ever
since the civil war. There always have been people willing to literally risk their lives
to come to the States for employment or to flee the tyrany of corrupt governments
essentially run by drug lords or oppressive dictators. We have found that especially
South American countries have been promoting the Matricula ID card even though we
have documented it as preposteriously undocumented. No one should be duped into

that this is with full knowledge that our government has been working on this for some

2005. Did you know anything about this, did you hear anything about this. We didn't

law concerning births of children from illegal immigrants, to read that they are
only entitled to the citizenships of the childs parents, as the parents are breaking

on social welfare and healthcare resources of American institutions, by letting illegals

brings us to another issue that many Americans have resisted, a citizenship card. It
will be a high tech identification card with birth information encoded. A new issuance
of a tourist e-passport is in the process of being implimented as I
write this. We wrestled, no struggled with this aspect of a workable solution at great
length. It was decided almost unaminously that this step has become a necessity in order
to prevent further denigration of American health and social services. What this means
is a universal American citizenship card, basically in the form of a drivers license or

We have allowed for identification with drivers licenses issued for foreign nationals who
are here legally. In order to get everyone registered, initially we would also recommend a
further utilization of such a card, with it's bearer to be required to show the card for all
services and purchases made inside of America as well. This would place a huge strain on
illegals being able to exist here without registering to obtain this card. With all legal present
inhabitants of our country registered, no one would be able to enter this country and expect
any services, goods, employment or to vote. This would also cause a great exodus of illegals
from our country if it was coupled with business inspections by the I.N.S. !!
Certainly there are advantages to law abiding
citizens and potential abuses. However, under the present circumstances, it is our opinion

There are many practical answers to what we feel is a produced problem.
Just watch the power and the control that the oil companies, especially
the major owners will exert over the next couple years on a publicity
campaign to scare us into believing that we have to protect oil at all cost.
Through threats of wars like Iraq we will be duped into securing our
interests and forced to endure ever increasing shortages, higher prices
and like it, despite the fact these companies (supposedly because of
prohibutive costs ie restrictions,associated with building new refineries)
haven't built a new refinery in over twenty years to help produce the
fuels we need. Additionally, they are selling the oil found in America
to foreigners. The policies of help other nations first and ignore the
running down of America with fewer jobs that you can make a living on,
less manufacturing, less research, and less emphasis on educational
superiority, even diluting the importance of becoming an American citizen
by granting illegal aliens amnesty and having our border patrol stand
down, not pursuing illegal, leads us to believe the government has already
sold us down the river and there isn't a boat or paddle available to
help ourselves. So enregy, is just another way to break us, both
financially and mentally. We find there is noone to turn to for help.

It should be of NO SURPRISE that there is an embracing of this pollution
FREE transportation breakthrough by the rest of the world, while the USA
is in fact thwarting it's acceptance into this country, by not only the
oil interests but also the automobile manufacturers. Scandalous at best,
unAmerican treasonous actions to say the least. Synopsis, Fall 2006,
although not a direct acceptance of non-polluting energy, the trend among
foreign automobile manufacturers is towards these smaller city friendly
vehicles. This can be seen particularly by the asian manufacturers with
subcompact offerings. Current Assessment, Summer 2008 American auto
manufacturers with large vehicle sales spiralling downward, are either
eliminating large vehicle production or at least reducing line production significantly, replacing it with small vehicle offerings. What is key here
is they are so desparate they are also offering for sale to the public, if
you buy a guzzler, we will give you a second auto for a dollar. Sounds like a serious financial problem.

Where is the evidence for UFO's?
Over the years some people have claimed sightings are merely meteors while many other so called alternative explanations
have been proposed that generally don't have much scientific evidence.
We've all heard of the UFO question since the 1940's and there is
archaelogical evidence of visitations long ago, so once and for all,
we need hard evidence, not just speculation anymore. In fact recently,
the UFO phenomenon in Mexico has been recognized as a fact in a historic
and unprecedented decision taken by the Mexican Department of Defense.
The measure taken by the Department of Defense was the result of a high
level incident in which a Mexican Air Force plane, military pilots, and
personnel were involved in a situation with several UFOs while doing a
routine surveillance antinarcotics operation to detect a drug smuggling
flight. Eleven unidentified objects appeared and circled a Mexican airplane,
flying at tremendous speed. The objects eventually disappeared when the
plane was ordered to turn off its lights. The incident has been taken
seriously by the Mexican government and a full investigation is underway.
This is unlike our own government's, JPL's and NASA's apparent indifference.
There is just too much evidence by eye witnesses to be ignored. Conspiracy?
We think not, however there is something indeed there that they have
determined we don't need to know. Keep looking up you just may be able
to provide the definitive evidence we all need to put this question to rest!
What is the basis for red light running?
We personally have been observing the steady decrease of the time for
yellow lights at traffic light controlled intersections throughout the
nation. This is an extremely dangerous practice that we're sure the
motoring public has not been made aware. This irresponsible reduction
in yellow light timing has correspondingly led to an ever increasing
increase of running red lights and subsequent increase in both serious
accidents and issuing of citations. This callous disregard for the
motoring publics safety is unconciable. We have been in communication with
the FEDS and found that although there are studies concerning these stopping
distances as you can see from THIS TABLE we
have attached our MOST RECENT REPLY from them
regarding making changes. Can you beleive it? They won't be conducting
another updated study until 2007 with their recommended results published in
2008. The key word here is recommended. Each individual state all the way
down to the most local government can choose to arbitrarily adopt or make
their own misinformed decision at each traffic light!!! Apparently it will
be left to us to educate these people as NO-One involved in SAFETY is even
interested in just How many lives have been lost or ruined because of this
insanity? Anyone even with a semblance of intelligence understands that
an increased speed limit requires a corresponding increase in yellow light time so
that a driver of a vehicle has both adequate reaction time and mechanical
response time, in order to safely stop before entering an intersection.
One of the extremely important factors that most engineers fail to consider
is that the time for a big rig 18 wheeler (tractor trailer) to safely come
to a stop, must be used as the baseline time for a caution yellow light
to be on, based upon the speed limit of the road way. In our FED email reply
apparently this is factored in only as a percentage of the overall traffic
through an intersection. WHAT?? So not even one truck will be able to stop
safely based upon the caution yellow light time?? I mean allowing only
2 seconds to 6 seconds of caution, IF the local government even uses any
standard at all?? This begs the question of whose life are they willing to
gamble that won't be killed because of averages??? Please immediately
notify all state governors, mayors, traffic engineers for all towns, cities,
and counties, of the dangerousness of this practice and advice them to
increase the time of yellow lights to provide an adequate safe time for
traffic to safely clear intersections. Additionally, add an all way red
light where no traffic moves until the intersection is safely clear. This
needs to be done or the motoring public needs to be notified and strongly
admonished that this unsafe practice has been adopted by traffic engineers
and highway departments throughout the nation! Although the FEDS
have researched associated properties of the problem they only touch
on the real problem in Chapter 36.
