Anti-Advertizing
What a concept!!!
Have you seen how there is a groundswell against the "EVIL"
advertising industry. Basically this is actually anti-marketing.
It it a movement that is picking up speed especially on the left
coast. Hollywood seems to be getting in on the act as well as
other groups. It seems all the woes of the world are being
directed on advertising. Initially it appears ridiculous,
but over time things like this tend to take on a life of their own.
In California (land of fruits and nuts) anything can happen so this
idea...ANTI-ADVERTISING appears to be in it’s infancy...with every
great movement there is "opportunity". So, if enough people want
to buy into this concept and we can figure out a way to tap into
that anti-marketing dollar, there is money to be made here.

Now, the only way we can assure the ultimate success of this,
is NOT to spread the word, because that's advertizing. Hmmm.
Yeah, we can assure ourselves of success by doing nothing,
THIS WILL WORK!!! Now what should work is targeting certain
undesirable portions of the advertizing industry. Take spam
for example, if spammers had to pay you 5 cents per message,
(see I get an average 20 spams a day, that's a dollar a day
just to hit delete. hmm could add up quickly) plus make it
tax free. Additionally, rather than get on do not call lists,
for every telemarketer that calls you, you make 10 cents,
(I get 5 calls a day, not very profitable, but is money in
the bank) and for every aggravating commercial you must watch
on tv you get 15 cents (more cash in the bank). There are
plenty of people in this very same situation who can make
more money off anti-advertizing.... We should be able to
make up for the money stolen from our paychecks. Yup, you
guessed it, by the Government. Why will advertizing always be
present, because the government makes money off it. Just look
at the example of how we all know smoking is bad for your health,
and in fact, costs us a lot more money a year in insurance
and taxes. Now think about this, the next time you see a cigarette
pack, look at the tax stamp. Our government makes money off
people all the time (some is given back with medicare, of course
but that is from the smoker.) Anti advertising is a great idea!!
