We really hate to see people still paying exorbitant fees for web pages,
below are typical examples of our prices, while most Basic Business 5 page sites from
other providers run anywhere from approximately $275 into the $1,000's depending 
on how elaborate a person wants to be and how much money he is willing to spend!  We
aren't greedy like many other web design companies out there.  Our rate for a 5 page
site is only $159.  Yet we provide better opportunity for you to be directly involved 
with initial setup of your website, especially for businesses.  We also offer better do 
it yourself features for Private Home Pages.

Business Page Design: DO IT YOURSELF ONLY.    
Starts roughly at under $80 per Economy Business site a year.  Your Domain Name 
REGISTRATION runs usually under $10/year.  The Economy Plan Includes up to 5 
html pages where you can include graphics, mailto links, links to other sites, map link, 
of course links inside site and java.  Economy Business website design Includes basic 
hosting and Free basic email on server for the first year.  After that, to keep your 
website active, you will receive email notifications, informing you of an annual date 
to pay your hosting and domain name fee, usually under $20.  Additionally, based upon 
which page design plan you choose, will require a monthly plan fee to be paid as well.  
Economy Approximately $5/month for 5pages,  Deluxe Approximately $9/month for 10pages 
or Unlimited Approximately $13/month for unlimited number of pages.  If you already have 
a domain name, this price includes transfer of registration to our server and basic hosting, 
with free basic email for the first year.  So the bottom line is for your very own business
website, that you can easily create yourself, works out to under the cost of a quarter/day.  
 
Logos must be provided by client. 
 
FYI; The size of an Average html page size has a maximum length of 2-3 video display screens. 
 
Private Home Page DO IT YOURSELF ONLY. 
Includes up to 5 web pages only, $57.  You should also obtain your domain 
name REGISTRATION and basic hosting.  You can get it on on our server for an extremely 
low annual fee.  If you already have a domain name, you can transfer your registration to our 
server and also get basic hosting for probably the cheapest you can find in the industry.   On 
your pages you are welcome to include graphics, mailto links, links to other sites, of course 
links inside your site to your other pages.  Our Custom Webpage Design site will help 
you be weaned from paying others to create your own pages.

For us to create pages for either a Private home page or Basic Business web site 
will be at a rate of approximately $30 for each page, (with a standard page accepted
as up to two video screen heights in length) only $159 for 5 pages. 
All work requires one third $ down before starting. 
One third at time of first review of pages within 15 days of commencement of work.
A second review of pages within 30 days, prior to completion of work.   
Final third of payment is due at time of competition.  
This is our goal to of course be paid for all work completed and
your satisfied payment finalizing our transaction with no additional 
work performed.  Any additional work will be at rates shown in this 
whitepaper, with billing for work purchased in advance, as a pay as 
you go policy in blocks of hours determined in advance. 
In order to eliminate any misunderstandings or
dis-satisfation with our work that we create for you, we offer this guarantee:
If you are not satisfied with our work for any reason, we will offer you a choice 
(1)to refund your money for work performed since last review of pages and you retain all work
(2)refund all of your money and we retain all work
By initiating work by us to create pages for you, you are agreeing to this as the sole means
of resolution of payment for our work.
Billing Payment will only be accepted with a PayPal account payment,
where credit cards are accepted.  Payment can 
also be made via postal money order.  We prefer PayPal.

Because of the volumn of our Page Design Work load Normal order fulfillment takes from 15 to 45 days.    
 
Graphic Design or manipulation Rates:   $75.00 per hour. This includes creating graphics,  
image maps and logos. 
 
Animations:             $50.00 per hour
 
Email or online Forms:  $50 per form. 
 
JAVA Scripting:         $75.00 per hour. 
 
All other services will be billed at $30.00 per hour unless previous stated.
Billing blocks are in multiples of 2 paid in advance, with discounts in higher blocks.

Scanning:   
You are responsible for maintaining the copyright laws of the US and other countries.
Please include a check or money order for $10.00 per image or page that you want 
scanned and $3.00 shipping and handling. We will finish your scans and return all 
of your images within 3 weeks of their receipt via USPS.  We will scan any image 
or page and transfer it back to you via Email. 
  
 
We also offer online website maintenance to our clients for an additional fee, 
based upon the following schedule:

Website Maintenance includes Search Engine Submission on a monthly basis, monitoring site for broken links, 
updating, adding, modifying and deleting text and graphics to existing html pages and order forms on site.
 
NOTE: Maintenance does not include new html design or form design, unless agreed to in advance. 
These services are available to all websites that have unlimited ftp access to their servers. 
Sites without access cannot be maintained in this manner, without access security passwords. 
All service plans are prepaid and start on the first day of the following month. 
Plans are invoiced 15 days in advance for renewal. 
Plans that are not paid by renewal date will be discontinued on the 5th of the renewal month. 
Our agreement continues once started unless cancelled by either party by written notice, via
email or postal mail, allowing for potential non-receipt and delays.
